Even being careful, the hygienic of teeth always is overlooked. If you have puppy, observe his real teeth that will grow to replace milk tooth. For dogs between 3 – 4 months, you can see blood stain on his gum, broken or overlapped tooth or  which does not mean he has tooth problem but because pre-time growing of teeth before milk tooth will fall. In this case, veterinarian can solve the problem before it becomes serious such as upper and down teeth grinding each other. 

Teeth of adult dogs always have stain and limestone. The limestone is on teeth adjacent to gum. If it is left untreated, it may cause germs at gum leading to pus around rot of teeth and falling of teeth. Foul odor from mouth is an important sign of tooth problems, infection or diet problems. Therefore, if you dog have bad smell respiration, see a veterinarian. 

Regular tooth brushing can take care of mouth hygiene. Use child tooth brush by soaking it in baking soda and hard brushing teeth and gum. Do not use normal toothpaste as it causes problem in their stomach. Dog’s toothpaste is available commercially which is very helpful and convenient. Do not forget that hard diet or toy suitable for chewing such as toy made from rubber or leather helps shaping dog’s teeth. Do not give them bone as it might causes damages.

Care of anal should be one important aspect for dog care. The anal bag is under intestine but for dog it is used as border as the excrement has very foul smell. Normally it is empty after dog excretes, but changing of diet may cause chronic constipation and it obstructs such natural process.

Check that the bag is always empty prevents blocking, infection and irritation at intestine of dogs. The method to relieve blocking of anal gland is using on hand lift up dog tail, another hand hold tissue paper, place point finger and ring finger at five o’clock and seven o’clock, respectively. Press them against each other to press out dirty things from the gland. Your dog will refuse your doing so, and then let someone to hold the dog’s head.
